How to Apply Passport online
If you first time to apply for passport online, Register passport seva online portal through www.passportindia.gov.in and create your user id & Password.

Login to passport seva online portal with your username and passport.
After login generate ARN for fresh or reissue of passport link under the particular service section.
Scheduled an appointment which you are convenient by date in schedule appointment link and submit application form.
Select Normal or Tatkal appointment quota, which you required.
When you choose preferred PSK (Passport Seva Kendra) system will display next available date for the selected PSK (Passport Seva Kendra), which is available that particular date or not, after verified the details click pay or book appointment button then open with SBI online payment online.
Select net banking of payment, login using your internet baking for passport service fee and pay through net banking.
After completion of your payment, one form will display confirming of your appointment date and details, please take a print out for your appointment, apply passport online in india status completed .
